BANDUNG – Dutch businessman Johannes Giovanni (59) returned to Bandung City. He arrived on Friday, September 12, 2026, at 2:00 PM WIB aboard the Whoosh High-Speed Train.
Wearing an elegant shirt, Johannes appeared friendly when interviewed by journalists.
He said Bandung has become one of his favorite cities in Indonesia. This is his fourth visit to Bandung. Besides Bandung, he has also frequently visited Bali, Sumatra, Semarang, Surabaya, Yogyakarta, and Jakarta.
“I really like Bandung City. The Whoosh High-Speed Train is very helpful, its access is fast and makes transportation easier,” said Johannes.
While in Bandung, he will stay at the five-star Pullman Bandung hotel.
His love for Bandung is also reflected in his interest in culinary and football. He said he likes rendang, soto, satay, fried rice, and Chocomory. As a photographer, he also really likes tourist spots in Bandung. He is also a supporter of Persib Bandung.
“I like the people of Bandung who are friendly and polite. My favorite place is Braga, it’s cool and beautiful, there are many foreign tourists there. Today I’m wearing my favorite shirt, the Persib jersey. I hope Persib wins,” he concluded.
